This was a long street of 20 one, two & three bedroomed flats, houses and bungalows for Homes Plus Group, 6 of which were shared ownership and were finished to a very high standard. No gas on this development meant that heating was provided by electric panel heaters and solar panels. This was our first site with solar panels. The contract value was £3.2m and handed over in May 2024.
