YEW TREE WOOD, BROSELEY

The name came from the Yew Tree mine which was on the site, and had to be grouted and capped off before construction works could commence.  We built 24 one, two & three bedroomed semi detached houses for Connexus Homes which were handed over in December 2022 at a contract value of £3.2m.
