PERRET CLOSE, MINSTERLEY

A development of 16 two and three bedroomed semi detached homes for Connexus Homes in the heart of Minsterley village, amply served by a local garage, florists, takeaway, supermarket, butcher and regular bus service. Completed in March 2022 and the contract value was £2.1m. The street was named after a local doctor and the site was once a bus depot and haulage contractor so we had to remove and treat a lot of contaminated fill before works could start.  We won a recognition for the drainage scheme which was designed to alleviate severe flooding in the village and included a man made brook and water flow control system.
