We overcame several challenges on this site including historical shallow mining & a geographical fault. The site was formerly a health care centre which was demolished to make way for  14 affordable rented one  and two bedroomed bungalows which were built for Wrekin Housing Group at a contract value of £1.8M and completed in February 2024. These complied with part M regulations. We worked very closely with Wrekin Housing Group on one plot to make several adaptions such as longer top hung windows, electrically opening kitchen and wet room windows, electrically operating rise and fall worktop to the hob and sink areas in the kitchen, side hung easy access oven and kitchen storage, plus a lowered specially sourced wash basin to the wet room.
