POOL VIEW ROAD, MORDA

This was a development of 20  one, two & three bedroomed bungalows and houses. This was the first site of bungalows for TC Homes and all homes were for affordable rent for Wrekin Housing Group at a contract value of £2.6m. There are 2 large open spaces in this development and it is bounded by hedging with a lot of landscaping and views over open fields. The site was handed over in October 2023 and we achieved a Gold Secure by Design award. Our involvement with the local primary school resulted in them creating a sign made up of their drawings taken from the local area.
